As teachers we often find ourselves worrying about a lot of things. Unfortunately it is easy for us to worry about the wrong things. When things go wrong in our classroom or we think something is missing we end up freaking out and running wildly in one direction. More often than not we do more harm reacting to the problem than the problem itself. It is important that in these moments we take a breath and think before we react. Who knows? The answer to your problem may hiding just behind your ear.
