Chaos is a regular part of life in the classroom. Students forget their pencils, busses are late, and we never know what will happen next. That uncertainty can leave teachers feeling lost, frustrated and burnt out. Therefore we must prepare ourselves to meet that chaos. Embracing the guaranteed uncertainty and the impossibility of preventing it we must learn how to use the unknown to help us thrive. This session is based off of Nassim Taleb's book Antifragile.
Any challenge or disturbance causes us
We defend ourselves to the unknown through hard work and preparation.
We use the unknown to boost us forward.
